Patient came in and wanted a Hollywood smile. So, that is what we gave him. We placed crowns on 10 teeth on the top arch. He needed that many crowns to achieve that look, but some people only need 4 or 6 upper crowns done to achieve that look.

Patient came in with upper teeth ground down from sucking on acidic fruit like lemons and from grinding her teeth while she sleeps. We placed crowns on upper 6 teeth.
Now the gumline and incisal edges are uniform. The Patient now has longer, better shaped teeth to enhance the smile line and aid in chewing/biting function. The patient was very happy to be confident in smiling.

Patient came into the office after having a bad accident and she lost her front tooth and she was wearing a partial with one tooth to replace the missing tooth. We surgically placed a titanium implant in the bone and then cemented a crown onto the abutment that was attached to the implant. The patient was so happy to be able to smile again.
